Birthday shut downs ruins the day

The Chicagoland area is known for great food and the best restaurants!

Every year for my birthday my wife and I look forward to a nice birthday dinner.

But this year the Governor has closed our restaurants and there is no place to go.

What is more disturbing is we are in the dark about why the closures are occurring. There is no data to demonstrate that the rise of COVID is due to restaurants.

As the hospitality industry has suffered devastating blows during the last 7 months, they are entitled to this evidence.

We understand the need to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Illinois citizens.

But there needs to be transparency in this process.

Tonight instead of that special birthday dinner I will eat microwave hot dogs as they can’t close my microwave down
