Michigan prevailed at a three-judge panel on a lawsuit which challenged the constitutionality of their wine retailer shipping law, Michigan allows in-state retailers to ship to Michigan consumers but denies that privilege to out-of-state retailers.

The Illinois Liquor Control Commission announced today that they would allow retailers with on premise or combination off/on premise licenses to return product purchased on or after February 18, 2020 and before March 16, 2020 to their distributors.
ILCC Executive Director Chima Enyia should be commended for getting this policy change through.
