Missouri’s Brief released in the 8th Circuit Sarasota Wine Case

Today the state of Missouri wrote its brief in the 8th Circuit, Sarasota Wine case which deals with wine shipping.

Federal Judge rules in favor of California ABC on Commerce Clause Challenge
